33gk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

To register and maintain an active account on 33gk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement and 33gk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity. Creating accounts on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.
• You must not be excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion agreement currently in effect on your account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during account registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 33gk. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts registered by the same player using the same identity, phone number, email, device, IP address, or payment method — will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 33gk will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing any withdrawal. You must provide valid identity documents when requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may have withdrawals suspended.
• 33gk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion is suspected or confirmed.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other listed methods. Accepted methods are subject to change at 33gk's discretion.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes after verification.
• 33gk reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Deposits must be used for genuine gameplay. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without placing bets constitutes abuse of the payment system and may result in account suspension.
• 33gk does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Funds deposited from a payment method not registered in your name may be returned and any associated winnings voided.

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 33gk are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated on the specific bonus offer page. Failure to meet wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Bonuses are awarded on a per-player basis. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• 33gk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing wagering on an active bonus will be assessed at the time of any modification.
• Free spins are valid only on the games specified in the promotion. Winnings from free spins may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino games, crash games, and live casino sessions conducted through your 33gk account:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where 33gk explicitly provides a cash-out or bet edit feature on a specific market.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest error in odds or game results, 33gk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings generated from an obvious error in odds (for example, odds that are clearly mispriced) will not be paid.
• For live cricket betting, in-play markets are subject to suspension during key moments (e.g., ball-by-ball review, wicket, DRS review). Bets placed during a period of market suspension will be voided.
• All casino games available on 33gk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 33gk does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP figures for each game are published by the respective game provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 33gk and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud of any kind, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, identity fraud, and providing false documents during KYC.
• Money laundering — using 33gk as a vehicle to layer, place, or integrate funds obtained through illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are subject to reporting to financial intelligence authorities.
• Collusion between players — coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in live poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software designed to interact with 33gk outside of a standard browser session, or to gain a statistical advantage not available to other players.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 33gk staff or other players, including via any customer support channel.

33gk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will be unable to access any part of 33gk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33gk's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 33gk shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 33gk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 33gk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or network issues beyond 33gk's control may affect platform availability. 33gk shall not be liable for losses attributable to such interruptions.
• The maximum aggregate liability of 33gk to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
